The Mission for Project No More
It is the mission of Project No More to help bring awareness to and assist with the prevention of bullying in schools for students of all ages and grade levels. We also strive to support individuals who have experienced any form of bullying (including but not limited to cyber-bullying) and its associated effects (including but not limited to) violent acts, school violence, humiliation, and suicide. We also seek to provide support for victims who have been witnesses to the associated effects of bullying and encourage them to become active role models for bully prevention. We aim to inspire, empower and promote self-worth.
The Vision for Project No More
It is the vision of Project No More to help prevent bullying and support its victims. Our advocacy services and anti-bullying campaigns are geared towards children of all ages. We want to encourage and promote a safer learning environment for students of all grade levels, and bolster self-esteem for individuals who have experienced bullying in all forms. We desire to assist victims of bullying in regaining their identities by promoting self-confidence, self-value, dignity, love and self-worth. We ultimately want to help bullying victims gain strength and grow in a positive manner so they can successfully overcome the effects of bullying, reach their fullest potential, realize their dreams and become productive members of society.
MEET TANGALA ROBINSON CONEY
FOUNDER / PROJECT NO MORE, LLC
Tangala Robinson Coney was born and reared in Ocilla, Georgia. She is a 1991 graduate of the Irwin County High School. She believes that all children are special and every youth has the right to enjoy their childhood. Tangala was a victim of bullying at an early age. This was one of the darkest and loneliest times in her life. Though it was tough, Tangala grew stronger and gained a compassionate heart towards victims of bullying.
Her experience with bullying inspired her to create “Project No More”. “Project No More” is a venture that stands against bullying, and is the voice that cries out NO MORE! Tangala’s goal in life is to impact as many youths as possible who have endured acts of bullying. Her prayer is that through “Project No More” lives will be saved and that it will give our youth hope.
She is a wife, a mother, and a motivator who strongly believes that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.
